A unique state-of-the-art resort designed for the Al Aqah region of Fujairah, UAE celebrating the beauty of the seaside location using oceanic themes from the exterior and interior designs. The project spanned across 28,000 total sq meters with 15,000 sq meters of rental space and two floors of 80 individual furnished 1-2 bedroom apartments planned. The resort would include 650 underground parking spaces. The project was put on hold after the approved design stage was completed.
