The SKMC Dialysis Center will be a G+1 medical outpatient building located within the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) Master Plan.

The project is designed as a state of the art B+G+1 facility which incorporates 50 comfortable treatment stations, 4 VIP rooms, 4 pediatric stations, 6 isolation stations and 2 isolation dialysis treatment rooms with negative pressure capability. It will also consist separate male and female diagnostic & treatment areas, treatment supports, services, and staff support areas, along with family and visitor waiting areas. he façade treatment is mainly of glass curtain wall, louvers and terra-cotta wall cladding.
